For selected issues, you can even request your prescription quickly and conveniently without a video call.

If you need a medical certificate of incapacity for work for your employer, you will receive a digital one that you can directly forward to your employer and health insurance company. Please ensure that your employer accepts incapacity for work determined during a video consultation.

Receiving and redeeming prescriptions online is possible with Doctor.De. Our doctors issue private prescriptions that can be redeemed at pharmacies as usual; however, statutory insured individuals must bear the costs themselves.
